These Terms of Service govern your use of Pocket Parent Coach, operated by Flow Zone Learning ("we," "our," or "us"), based in California. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Pocket Parent Coach. By using the app, you represent that you are 18 or older. The app is designed for parents and caregivers. Children do not create accounts.
Pocket Parent Coach provides educational content and practical strategies to support parents in understanding child behavior and learning. The content is based on research in positive psychology, neuroscience, and learning science and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Pocket Parent Coach is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. If you have concerns about your child's health, development, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@flowzonelearning.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the app using your credentials.
Pocket Parent Coach offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content in Pocket Parent Coach — including strategies, learning cards, worksheets, and downloadable guides — is owned by Flow Zone Learning and protected by copyright. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial parenting purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Pocket Parent Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the content. Parenting is complex and individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Zone Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
