Who Uses This App

Pocket Parent Coach is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children do not create accounts. Parents or guardians enter limited information about their children (first name and birth year) as part of using the service. This information is associated with the parent's account, not the child.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Pocket Parent Coach:

• Account information: your email address and password when you create an account.
• Child profile information: the first name and birth year you enter for each child you add. This is used only to personalize strategy content by age.
• Payment information: if you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe stores payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Usage information: which challenges you explore and how you interact with strategies. This helps us understand how the app is being used.
• Device and technical information: basic information about your device and browser collected automatically through our hosting infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the app experience based on your child's age.
• To process your subscription and manage your account.
• To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and subscription updates.
• To improve the app based on how it is being used.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

• Supabase: database and file storage hosting.
• Vercel: application hosting and deployment.

• Email service provider: for transactional emails related to your account.

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
